Chesterfield Bus Travel for Young People

If you’re between 11 and 15 and live in Derbyshire you can apply for a b_line card or if you're 16 and 18, you can apply for a free  b_line2 card . You can use these cards to get child bus fares and discounts at a wide range of shops!  

 

Chesterfield Child Plus tickets

Available for travel on Stagecoach buses in Chesterfield and also from Chesterfield to Bolsover, Clay Cross, Danesmoor, Dronfield, Eckington, Holmewood, Holymoorside, Kelstedge, Mastin Moor, Norton Hotel, Pilsley and Spinkhill.

7 days - £9

Available to buy on bus, on the Stagecoach app   or online

Travelling between Sheffield and Chesterfield?

Young people can get unlimited travel on Stagecoach buses and Supertram throughout South Yorkshire  and  the Chesterfield megarider zone  (within the  boundaries of Sheepbridge, Brimington, Hasland, New Whittington, Wingerworth and Walton)  with a South Yorkshire Child Plus ticket.

Child Explorer ticket - 1 day - £4.60

This ticket is available to all children aged 5-15 years old and it is valid for travel on all Stagecoach buses in Derbyshire, South and West Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Gainsborough (excluding Pronto and Stagecoach Hull X62). it is also valid on the  Sheffield Supertram. 

 

Chesterfield College goldrider tickets
